Book your Sauna Session

We are open to general public and campers at the Knepp Wilding Campsite, next to the Yoga Garden.

Opening Times

• Thursdays 12-7pm for 55 min saunas

• Fridays 11-7pm for 75 min saunas

• Saturdays 10-6pm and Sundays 10-4pm for longer 75min saunas session

Bookings open 6 weeks in advance.

Our beautiful sauna seats 5. Please just bring yourselves to the sauna, no dogs or children under 16 are allowed on the campsite.

All sessions are communal (shared with others).

Want private hire? Look for a session with 5 seats available and book all 5, or email/DM us to arrange a suitable time.

Rescheduling/cancellations

You can cancel and rearrange your sauna session via the booking email, scroll to bottom and press change/cancel pink buttons.

Our policy is that you may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your session. Anything less than 48 hours would not be changeable or refundable. However, you could offer your space to a friend.

Our Events have different cancellation policy, we require 5 days notice for a refund. You can offer a place to a friend.
